Destination’s Activities
Day 1: Arrival in Hanoi
Upon your arrival at Noi Bai International Airport, our driver (no guide) will pick you up and transfer you to the city center (approximately 1-hour drive). Check-in at the hotel in Hanoi. Free leisure time at the hotel. Overnight in Hanoi.
Day 2: Hanoi - Full Day City Tour (B)
After breakfast, start the full day city tour. Visit Tran Quoc Pagoda, Temple of Literature, Ho Chi Minh complex, including Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum (closed on Monday, Friday, and whole months of Oct & Nov in the afternoon), Ho Chi Minh’s stilt house, and Pillar Pagoda. In the afternoon, explore the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology and Hoan Kiem Lake with Ngoc Son Temple and the Old Quarter. Enjoy a 1-hour cyclo tour of the French-inspired “old quarter” and a Water Puppet Show. Overnight in Hanoi.
Day 3: Hanoi – Halong (B/L/D)

Day 4: Halong - Hanoi – Fly to Ho Chi Minh (B/Br)
Participate in a Sunrise Tai-chi session and explore Thien Canh Son Cave. Attend a Vietnamese cooking demonstration and enjoy a traditional Vietnamese lunch on the boat. Disembark at Ha Long cruise port and return to Hanoi. Meet our driver (private transfer without guide) and transfer to Noi Bai airport for your flight to Ho Chi Minh. Upon arrival, our driver (private transfer without guide) will pick up and transfer you to your hotel. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh.
Day 5: Ho Chi Minh - City Tour - Cu Chi Tunnels (B)
Take a half-day city tour to visit Independence Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral, Central Post Office, War Remnants Museum, and enjoy shopping at local collections and markets. Depart for Cu Chi Tunnels, an important base during the American War. Explore the tunnel network and return to the city for overnight stay.
Day 6: Ho Chi Minh - Mekong Delta (My Tho) - Departure (B/L)
In the morning, transfer to My Tho City. Take a boat trip across Tien River and explore islands like Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix, and Tortoise. Visit fishing pens, enjoy a hand-rowed sampan ride, and experience the beauty of the countryside. Visit a family coconut candy workshop, and transfer back to Ho Chi Minh airport for departure.
